Why We Expanded the Program
Demand for low-power programmable logic has grown sharply as manufacturers in embedded vision, industrial automation, communications and consumer products look for flexible logic that fits a tight power and space budget. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Lattice FPGAs across regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the mainstream devices that production lines depend on and keep those parts available when customers need them, rather than quoting parts we do not hold.
What Is Now Stocked
The expanded program covers the ECP5 general purpose family, including the LFE5U-45F-6BG381C for bridging and control, and the Certus-NX family, including the LFD2NX-40-8BG256C with hardened PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet and DDR3. It also covers the MachXO non-volatile FPGAs, such as the LCMXO3LF-6900C-5BG256C and the LCMXO2-7000HC-4TG144C for instant-on control and glue logic, the iCE40 UltraPlus and HX devices, such as the iCE40UP5K-SG48I and iCE40HX8K-CT256 for always-on sensing, and the CrossLink and CrossLink-NX vision devices, such as the LIFCL-40-9BG256C and LIF-MD6000-6MG81I. Together these parts serve smart cameras, industrial drives and I/O modules, networking line cards, wearables and mobile display bridging.
Samples and Small Volumes
Beyond production quantities, the program supports sample and small-volume orders so design teams can validate logic, timing and power on real hardware before committing to a build. Because the parts sit in regional stock, engineers can prototype quickly and then scale to production without a long wait for allocation.
What This Means for Customers
For design and production teams, in-stock FPGAs shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream ECP5, Certus-NX, MachXO, iCE40 and CrossLink parts from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. For allocation-sensitive devices, BeiLuo continues to schedule supply against confirmed forecasts, so a program with firm volumes gets priority as parts arrive.
Documentation With Every Order
Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which reduces administrative overhead and keeps production moving. The documentation is prepared before dispatch so it arrives together with the parts.
How to Use the Program
Send your target Lattice device, package variant and annual quantity to our team, and we will confirm current stock and lead time, then hold supply against your build. If a device is not yet in the program, we can add it as demand is confirmed. Our FAE team is available to help match a device to your function and to support bring-up once the parts arrive.
Looking Ahead
Programmable logic is moving into more products as designers seek flexibility without a large power budget, and Lattice's low-power families sit at the centre of that trend. BeiLuo will continue to expand the stocking program as new Lattice devices reach mainstream adoption, so customers can plan with confidence and keep their projects on schedule.
Regional Coverage and Lead Times
In-stock ECP5, Certus-NX, MachXO3 and iCE40 devices sit in warehouses close to our customers in Greater China, the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, so a part can be pulled, documented and shipped without crossing multiple regions. That regional coverage is what keeps lead times short in practice, because a device that is technically in stock on the other side of the world is not the same as a device that is ready to ship from the local hub. Customers can route an order to the region that serves their production site and receive tracked delivery to more than 40 countries.
How Demand Shapes the Program
The stocking program is demand-led. As customers confirm designs that use a particular density or package, BeiLuo expands the held quantity and adds the variant to the regional inventory plan. That means the parts most likely to be needed for production are the parts most likely to be available, whether the design is an industrial drive, a smart camera, a networking line card or a wearable. For allocation-sensitive devices, we combine held stock with scheduled supply, so a program with firm volumes has a pathway even when the factory channel is tight. The result is a program that reflects real demand rather than a static catalogue.
